Okay guys, today I decided to actually test out my Taurus horoscope advice for April 26th – especially the money and career stuff. Don’t usually take this stuff super seriously but hey, why not try?
Morning Prep Work
First thing after waking up, I read the horoscope again. It basically said: don’t jump into money decisions too quick, look for hidden opportunities in routine stuff, and keep things organized for success. Made my coffee and jotted down three things on a Post-It:
- Hold off signing anything money-related
- Actually organize my workspace before starting work
- Pay attention to boring emails/chats today
Normally I’d dive straight into work with my desk looking like a tornado hit it. But nope – spent 20 minutes clearing crap off my desk. Found two overdue invoices buried under papers! Filed them properly and sent payment reminders. Small win already.
The Big Test During Work Hours
Around 11AM, got an email about investing in this “amazing” side hustle. Felt that Taurus urge to just say yes (you know how we are with shiny opportunities). But remembered “don’t jump”. Told them I needed 24 hours. Then in my boring weekly team meeting? Our manager mentioned struggling with the scheduling software. I’d used it for freelance stuff – spoke up after the meeting. Now they want me to train the team next week. Extra project pay!
Afternoon Money Move
Almost forgot – the horoscope mentioned reviewing expenses. Went through my banking app while eating lunch. Found two old subscriptions draining $30/month total. Canceled them immediately. Taurus satisfaction level: high.
How It Played Out
By end of day? Didn’t make any wild cash moves or get rich. But saved that $30/month, probably earned extra from that training gig, and didn’t get suckered into a bad investment. Also felt way calmer having my space organized.
Weirdest thing? Following that “routine stuff” advice literally paid off. Would’ve ignored the manager’s problem before. Overall? Practical as hell for a Taurus. Didn’t change my life but gave solid little boosts when I actually did the things instead of just reading them. Might try this horoscope-living thing more often.
